About Me
Hi! I’m Ava Ladwig! I’m passionate about marketing and business and I’m working towards my degree in Digital Marketing. My first job was at 14, I was an Accounting Assistant at Dahl Automotive. Since, I have been working at Caribou Coffee.
I believe that hard work and dedication can get you wherever you wish to be. That’s why I’m always working above standards. I value creativity, integrity, quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Though I have 2 more years of school ahead of me, I plan to start an internship that motivates me to start my career. It’s important to me to live near La Crosse where I grew up. My family and friends are a big part of my life and I want to be around.
With my time at Holmen High School, I put in a lot of time and effort into business classes such as Advanced Marketing, entrepreneurship, Sports and Entertainment Marketing, and more. Those classes helped me realize my passion and joy. I learned to collaborate with others, put my creativity to the test, and learn efficiency through trial and error. The most significant lesson was problem-solving. These skills feel natural to me now which is why I feel this is the best path for me.
Something that is also a huge part of my life is sports. I have always been a Milwaukee Brewers fan. I enjoy spending my free time going to games in Milwaukee or watching them from home or wherever I am. My knowledge of baseball is something I’d love to incorporate into my future career. Even though I have an internship with the La Crosse Loggers this summer, I am also considering spending a summer with the Milwaukee Brewers. I’ve spent significant time learning Spanish, which would help in a baseball career as well as my hard work towards marketing. My dream would be to be the Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist for the Milwaukee Brewers.
